Spike Sorting for ECG
Applying spike sorting techniques to cardiac signal analysis
An adaptation of the spike sorting algorithm developed by our research group, applied to ECG signal analysis. Preliminary results showed that sorting of single ECG signals is possible - P-waves, QRS-complexes, and T-waves can be classified, with differentiation between normal and anomalous waveforms.
